Why Dayspring Yoga? Although not all of my classes take place in the morning, I love the meaning behind the term Dayspring - every moment on the mat is a fresh start, a new era, an awakening to how alive you are right now.Â
My goal is to teach yoga classes that are both accessible and challenging for all levels and yoga experience. I offer modifications (including prenatal) throughout each class and trust each individual to listen to their body. Most classes incorporate both vinyasa flow as well as hatha-style yoga (longer held poses).
Some classes are offered outside. Practicing yoga outside provides a unique opportunity for present-awareness as we engage the sights, sounds, and experience of the natural world all around us. Be sure to bring your own water and mat, and dress in comfortable layers.
